Arrange your medical documents into two files
one for prescriptions and another for investigations and arrange documents date wise.
Bring your medicine box while you visit to clinic
If you are a Diabetic or BP patient please make your Sugar monitoring chart and BP monitoring chart to discuss with Dr Bhatt.
List your points for discussion in clinic for better understanding
You are allowed record Dr Bhatt’s Voice or Video for understanding prescription with his prior permission.
If you need special assistance like wheelchair ect please let me know. Home clinic has two steps to climb.
