What it is based on
Potassium, phosphate, sodium and protein content of common Indian foods, against typical CKD dietary limits.
Limitations you should know
Portion size, cooking method (leaching reduces potassium substantially), your CKD stage and your latest blood results all change whether a food is safe for you. Dialysis patients have different targets from pre-dialysis patients. This tool has not been validated as a diagnostic device and is not regulated as medical software.
