2. Appointment Terms

2.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked via the Website, WhatsApp, or phone. Booking a request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our team via phone call, WhatsApp message, or email.

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

We request a minimum of 4 hours advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling of in-person appointments. Teleconsultation appointments require 2 hours notice. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment before booking future appointments.

2.3 Consultation Hours

Consultations are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Emergency consultations may be available outside these hours at the doctor's discretion. Hospital-based consultations follow the respective hospital's operating hours.

3. Payment Terms

• Consultation fees are payable at the time of the appointment at the respective hospital's billing counter.
• Teleconsultation fees are payable in advance via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods communicated at the time of booking.
• Fee schedules are subject to change without prior notice. The fee applicable at the time of booking will be honoured.
• Insurance claims, if applicable, are processed through the respective hospital. Dr. Bhatt's clinic does not directly process insurance claims.
• Refunds for teleconsultation are available if the session is cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Dr. Anil Prasad Bhatt or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

5. User Conduct

When using this Website, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in forms or during consultations
• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems
