The NephroAI suite (GFR Calculator, CKD Progression Predictor, Symptom Triage, Diet Optimizer, Transplant Eligibility Checker) is designed as a preliminary screening and educational tool only. By using these tools, you understand and agree that:

Results are based on general medical models and do not replace clinical examination
Accuracy depends on the data you enter — incorrect inputs produce incorrect outputs
No tool result should be used to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment
Tool outputs are not stored as part of your medical record unless you book a consultation
Dr. Bhatt and his team accept no liability for decisions made solely on tool outputs

3. Appointment Bookings

When you book a consultation through this Site:

All bookings are subject to confirmation by our clinic team
Confirmation is sent via WhatsApp, phone, or email — typically within 24 hours
Date and time slots are not guaranteed until confirmed
Consultation fees, if applicable, are payable as per the schedule communicated at confirmation
Cancellation must be intimated at least 24 hours in advance for any refund eligibility
For international patients, additional travel and visa requirements are your responsibility

4. Intellectual Property
